An Earth Like Us – Contra-Tierra – Or An Opposition Of A Planet Divided?
The contra-earth concept may resemble a parallel universe, but in reality it is another idea all of it’s own. An Opposite Earth is a planet that divides the Earth’s orbit, but is in Opposition and therefore can not be seen from Earth. (Us)
Such a planet would not be like Earth, though in fiction it is virtually always identical to ‘this’ Earth.
